Job requirements:
1, More than 5 years of undergraduate or more than 3 years of work experience, automation, mechanical engineering and automation, electrical engineering and automation, electronic engineering and other related professional;
2, Skilled in kinematics and dynamics-related algorithm development, rich experience in high-speed motion control system development;
3, Motion control development experience is preferred, medical device industry experience is preferred;
4, Strong technical research and innovation ability, good communication and team coordination ability.
Senior Structural Engineer
Job Description:
1、Responsible for the feasibility assessment of the pre-structure realization plan of new products;
2、Responsible for new product structure design, structural reliability analysis, DFMEA evaluation, tolerance analysis and motion mechanism design;
3、Participate in appearance design evaluation, and provide professional advice on its realizability from the structural design perspective;
4、Responsible for the 3D modeling and 2D technical specification of the whole machine structure including the motion structure, sample verification of the parts and material recognition;
5、Responsible for the selection of mechanical and electronic parts and sample confirmation and related recognition, the preparation of the whole machine assembly BOM;
6、Responsible for product development stage prototype prototype and verification;
7、Participate in mold evaluation of mold parts, analyze and solve the related problems in mold opening & mold trial;
8、The output of the whole machine mass production assembly work instructions, and follow up the new product trial production process, timely and efficient resolution of related technical issues.
Job requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in structure and machinery, with solid professional basic knowledge and theory;
2, More than 5 years of structural design experience, can independently complete the product structure design work;
3, Familiar with high-speed motion equipment design, familiar with the use of simulation, high and low temperature, airflow and other circumstances;
4, Honest and honest, proactive, dedicated and responsible, strong learning and innovation ability, good communication skills, focus on teamwork, willing to accompany the development of the start-up company together.
